Bardstown, Kentucky Tobacco Stores Find Discounts for RYO & Cigarettes
In Kentucky in 2009, the legislature enacted a doubling of all tobacco SET’s – a cigarette SET increase from 30 cents to 60 cents per pack, a large cigar SET increase from 8% to 15% of the wholesale price, and an MST SET increase from 9.5 cents per unit to 19 cents per unit.
